Hello guys, I love ground beef as my main source of protein for the biggest meal of the day, but I am having the following issue, trying to track the macros using cronometer app, I see that the amount of protein in ground 20% is higher for regular beef than for grass fed and also fat is higher for grass fed than regular, shouldn't be the other way around??
Is there any accurate source of macros for this type of beef?
Maybe a side point, but: Ground beef is usually sold anywhere from 70% lean (more fat in the mix) to 90% lean (less fat in the mix). Perhaps this would have an impact?
