regarding carbs/fats as an energy source

So if you have not so low bodyfat % (around 20%), to build muscles you need proteins (got) and either carbs or fat. If you have low bf, you add dietary carbs/fat and get muscles. If you are fat, keto allows you to use your own floating lipids (aka fats) to build muscles, as per darthluiggi points.

Can anybody point me to an article/source which explicitly says that you can 1) stay low carb (keto), 2) use your bosy fats to gain lean muscle mass.

Thanks fellows!
