Busy demanding work from home life. Never eat breakfast and started skipping lunch for a 2 mi jog Mon - Fri. This kills my appetite, so I'll just wait till dinner. Pretty low calorie and low carb. Is this bad? Your thoughts? My goal: just a sustainable feeling of healthiness. I don't want to run marathons or anything like that, just want to have my daily runs become more and more trivial. Decreasing my time, decreasing my perciievable effort. Then there is the gut. I really want the gut gone. Not sure if that attainable. My vice is whiskey. I know, I know.
Also will likely be on keto or extreme low carb forever. I used to struggle with dibilating acid reflux, and keto was the only thing that ever stopped it dead in it's tracks.
Edit: Added my goal.
Random thought: have you considered an occasional two-day fast for increased fat burning? And on those days just walk instead of run? Would help with the gut.
