Hey everyone
I’d love to get some feedback on my current weight loss and workout plan.
I’m M, 5”9 SW: 215 CW: 185 GW: 145 (hopefully by October). It’s been about 2.5 months in.
I’m doing 5*5 SL 3 days a week and cardio and kettle bells 3 days in between with one day of rest. I took 2.5 weeks off due to breaking/fracturing a few body parts but have been back in the game for 2 weeks.
I’m on Keto and am doing IF 22:4. I break my fast between 6pm-8pm and go to the gym around 11pm.
Questions:
1) I’ve haven’t lost any weight since I started lifting again (2 weeks). I actually gained 2lbs. I’ve also done 2*48 hours fasts and no budge on the needle. I’m a bit discouraged (feel like I’m losing momentum) so am hoping this is body recomp, water retention or something. My lifting strength has been increasing. Any insights or tips to break this stall?
2) Will there be any optimization if I change my eating and workout window or other? On the weekends I’ll work out earlier in the morning while fasted but can’t do this on the weekdays.
My calorie intake is always lower than 1500. I ate at 1700 twice to try to see if that would change anything.
