Muscle fullness post keto

I’ve been cutting and 6 months is coming up. I plan on stopping keto and going back to eating maintenance. I know you gain water weight back when eating carbs cause I experienced it when I had my referee days, but how long does it take for your muscles to get that “full” look after stopping keto? I have heard it takes a week or so. I’m curious about everyone’s experiences with this. Like one guy at my gym told me his muscles filled out cause of the glycogen and he looked better aesthetically than he did while cutting.
