I have lost tons of body fat doing keto and have been doing it for 5 months. I plan on cutting for one month and hitting the gym hard like i have been to make this last month count. So when you get off of keto, do your muscles start looking fuller after two weeks or so? I’ve read that your muscles will fill out that loose little little bit of loose skin after it fills back up with glycogen? So does that mean my muscles will look fuller, more defined and separated. I want to know all of yalls results after doing keto, heavy lifting and periods of IF to cut body fat. Thanks!!
