Thoughts on "faster" fat-adaptation?
Post Body

Hi there!

I would like to know if anyone has experienced "fast" fat-adaptation. I'm only 3 weeks into keto, but this morning my (fasted) workout went exceptionally well, so that is why I am guessing that I might have entered the fat-adapted stage already. Up until today, I was not as fit as usual during my workouts and had to reduce my effort significantly. But I thought it would take me at least 4 (and up to 6) weeks to get fat adapted. Has anyone of you experienced great workouts after only 3 weeks of keto?

FYI, I am 26F, 5ft4, 147 lbs (started at 154lbs) and have been lifting for only about 2 years now. For about a year, I have been doing IF and fasted workouts in the morning. I think this might have contributed to my "faster" fat-adaptation. Any thoughts/comments on this?
