So I’m 3 weeks in to Keto and I’ve lost 10 Ibs so far but I feel like I can do better. I’ve started and stopped several times but this is my second time being consistent with it and I plan on staying with it. I work full time and go to college full time (Night class on Monday the other 3 are online).
Before I go any further let me give you my stats.
265 Ibs - 34 - 6’0” - M - 21 - Macros are 138 P, 25 C, 116 F
So I’ve decided to get back into lifting after a pretty long hiatus. So my goal at the moment is to lose fat while maintaining Lean mass (If I build muscle good, if I don’t no big deal). Once I get to my goal weight/body fat percentage I will adjust my goal to building mass if I decide I want to.
So I have a pretty busy life but I need and want to do things the right way. So if someone could help me with a weight lifting program guided more to fat loss that would be lovely(If I need to pay I will but I’d appreciate it if you helped out a guy with a college student budget).
On a side note I would also be very grateful if you could provide me with suggestions for eating. I’ve been kind of winging it with my busy schedule. My ideal meal is something simple to make and tasty enough to be the only thing I make 90% of the time and preferably something I can meal prep. I usually fast breakfast and sometimes lunch.
If I need to pay, which again I prefer not to but my health is important so I will due to it being worth it. Especially don’t mind if it’s for both.
