I've been Keto for at least a couple months now seriously, with one mild cheat day two weekends ago for my birthday that I fasted after. For some context I'm 6 ft, 218lb (down from around 222 so that's nice). I'm pretty fit already, just trying to lose the last bit of lower belly and love handles I have left. I have a very active job 5 days a week and Crossfit usually about 4-5 days as well.
According to the carb manager app I should be at 188g fat, 151g protein and 2415 calories. My macros are tight and usually on point with my fat probably a little higher than that with little snacks. My calories are almost always around that Mark even in heavy training days.
I'm down a few pounds that I'm assuming is water. Just looking for tips to get these crazy results I'm seeing on here. (I know lower body fat loses slower and I'd say I'm around 20%. 25 Max).
