So I've been solidly keto for about a month. Started slowly about a month before that. My body is leaning out nicely and at first I didn't notice much of a difference when exercising. Recently though I've noticed in clearly weaker during mostly cardio strength and endurance workouts. I'm an avid Crossfit athlete and my gym is big on heavy lifting as well a condition. My lifts haven't gotten any lighter or I'm not having a hard time lifting. It's the conditioning that is lacking. Any tips to remedy this since eating carbs before a workout isn't going to happen.
