Protein increase causing weight slowdown? (X-Post Keto)

Hello guys I am a 24 year old male, 5'11. Measurements around belly button put me at 48 inches. 37% body fat.

I started keto on March 10th at 273 lbs. I am now 251 lbs, and I started working out on April 28th. I recently increased my protein intake through shakes and chicken breast to minimize muscle loss on my cut.

Since April 23rd my weight loss has stalled between 253-250 lbs and I don't know whats going on.

Yes I measure everything on a food scale, and use MFP to track my calories and macros. There have been a couple days of calories up to 1800 and as low as 1400. Thoughts?
