Exercise: Mon,Wed,Fri 45 mins weight training, 10 mins cardio

Protein: 176 Net Carbs: 25 Fat: 119

I have been doing 1600 cals on rest days, 1800 cals on Workout Days. What do you think I should be doing calorie wise? Should I eat less on rest days?
