Hey! I'm a 6'2" male weighing 190 pounds with about 16-18% body fat. I'd like to drop to 10-12% body fat and this is how I changed my diet and a few questions I have. I live on college so I try to eat what's keto friendly there.

So far my week has consisted of the food with the goal of eating 1940 calories (500 under maintenance)
Breakfast (when I eat it):
Eggs (scrambled), boiled egg, bacon, sausages.
Lunch and Dinner:
2 Chicken breasts with a salad (lettuce, carrots, banana peppers, broccoli, mushrooms, cheese, bacon bits, croutons) and I drizzle honey and Italian dressing (or ranch) on top.
Snacks/other things:
Isolate Protein supplement
Peanuts
Mixed nuts
Coffee
Green tea
My questions:
Is the honey going to kill my diet? I thought it was dressing and accidentally put it in my salad earlier this week and loved it. It's the only reason I can eat salad twice a day and not lose my sanity.
Calorie deficit v.s. macros (HFLC):
Which one is more important to hit? I think that the honey in my salad is hiking my carbs up to around 25-30 per day but I'm still eating under my calorie limit.
Does working out make up for eating a few more carbs?
I'm sure this was in the FAQ, but can someone please simplify it a bit for me? This is mainly still for the honey in my salad. I workout 3-5 days a week (weightlifting) and play basketball twice a week if that helps.
About an energy drink:
My friend introduced me to hyphy mud which is a mixture of half a cup of soda or red bull and 3-5 scoops of coffee. This, this is going to kick me out of ketosis right?
