31, M, 168 lbs, 5'7, 26% BF
I am currently hoping to cut and gain within the next few months prior to bulking. I've been really focused on getting my health right and have been going to the gym every day for the past two weeks. I currently maintain a very simple diet where I try to get over 150 grams of Protein and limit carbs to under 75 grams. My routine is PPL (Push/Pull/Legs) and I don't really do any cardio. I don't enjoy cardio but I do enjoy lifting. I'm weak but getting there.
I read through the sidebar and have been considering keto for over a year now. Does anyone have a fairly simple meal plan that I can get started with. By simple I mean minimal prep and cooking.
I hope to lose 20-25 lbs over the next 2-3 months and then start bulking. Any advice or assistance with this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for reading!
