So like the title says, Ive gotten somewhat lazy in my style of keto and the result has caused me to gain a couple pounds over the last month. I’m 24 male, 5’10 160, around 10-12 macros: 220 G protein, 50g carbs, 100g fat. I workout 6 days a week, cardio 7 days.

I’ve begun to conform my diet to allow for a nightly dessert of canned pumpkin, 2 scoops protein powder, cocoa powder, sugar free chocolate syrup, and some breyers carb smart ice cream on top. So the recipe is actually very good it makes an amazing brownie. BUT I have been eating this EVERY NIGHT almost recently and I can’t break my habit. Can some of the more strict ketoers tell me how and why eating that so often is bad for me? I need to read it to have some motivation to stop!
