Creatine Headache?

Has anyone here experienced headaches when supplementing with creatine? I (33F, 5’3”, 168 lbs) started 3mg/day creatine about five days ago and have been getting tension headaches in my forehead almost daily. But I also re-started keto at the same time, so maybe it’s keto flu? I’m drinking a lot of water and averaging approx 3800mg sodium, 1800mg potassium, and 350mg magnesium per day. Should I up my sodium?
