Cholesterol and sodium intake
Post Body
I had some eggs w tbsp of olive oil, 5 sausage links, and a slice of cheese. Looked at the nutrition facts through this app I use and while I learned that this wasn’t the greatest breakfast, I noticed my cholesterol intake was abt 430mg (239% of daily intake) and my sodium intake was 89%. Are these types of numbers normal? As I said, I messed up with my food choices, but is this even normal for an entire day’s worth of food?
