Hey all, I've finally decided that its time to quit being a lazy overweight college student and getting in shape now that I've graduated and started my career. I recently moved to Minneapolis MN for work and have decided that I need to quit putting this off.
While in highschool my family went on the South Beach diet which was quite similar to this and I lost a good bit of weight at that time, so I know the keto concept works for me. However, thanks to college I put it all back on plus a good bit. Well it's time to change all that. With a decent income and a new city with lots of possibilities, now is the perfect time to start living a more active lifestyle.
I read through the nutshell guide and the FAQ and I think this is definitely something I can do. I do have a couple questions though:
› What Android apps are helpful in figuring out what foods are good for keto (meal planners, food look-ups, ect)? I saw some meal tracking apps but haven't found anything all-inclusive yet.
› Should I avoid starting a workout routine until after the initial keto bug or start it before starting keto? I have read success stories from both sides, what works the best?
Thanks guys and I look forward to posting my progress!
