Hi all, I've been feeling low on energy after 20 days of starting keto from past one week.
I've Lost around 9 pounds now. First water weight and then some fat too I suppose.
But when I go for lifting in the gym, I feel my energy levels are significantly down. This is not keto flu as I think I'm past stage. I am in ketosis I checked through my blood pressure 1.7 mmol last week this 2.0 mmol.
I also feel because of low glucose my brain feels tired a lot of times now.
I eat mostly veggies (low carb ones), chicken, salmon, a lot of eggs, cheeses, oil, butter and that's it. Haven't had any cheat meal yet.
Info about me - age 28, weight - 190 to 181 lb. Height 5'7'' Won't have crossed 25 g carbs of limit too any day
