Bariatric patient and keto

Are there any bariatric patients in here? After having the gastric sleeve surgery, I would like to continue with keto, but simply cannot eat enough protein. It bothers what’s left of my stomach, plus my stomach only holds about 4 ounces. Any advice for high protein that is easy to digest? I’m burned out on protein shakes and crave real food.
Currently 5’4”, 188. Goal weight 120. Age 53F
