Is it possible that an underweight person lose extra pounds by keto diet?
Post Body

Wonder whether it can help slightly underweight(5’8, 115-118lb) adult person lose weight.

I have been in that weight for long. And i have not eaten a lot too. My body can not afford binge eating.

And sadly i know i was born with weak pancreas (east asian south asian, both notorious for being very prone to diabetes. All diabetes in my father’s side have never been overweight, rather skinny but have blood sugar issue if they don’y follow strict (low carb, low calories diet).

I have followed moderate ketogenic to japanese styled low-card meal plan(carb less than 150g a day).

Weight loss is not main reason. But i just wonder whether i may lose extra pounds if i go for strict keto.
