So I'm at my 30 day check in and can't believe I have not cheated once! Keto started a little rough. Mentally adjusting to low carb was pretty easy for me... Not for my body. I had some major digestive issues during the first 2 weeks of keto and ended up gaining six pounds. After about 2 weeks the keto flu went away and I started to feel amazing. I now have tons of energy while needing to sleep less. The third week of keto I lost the initial six pounds that I put on and the last week I've lost another eleven pounds. I'm really excited to continue the keto lifestyle and keep running with this momentum I have built up.
TL;DR: Keto started rough... I gained six pounds then started losing. I've lost 11 pounds total or 17 pounds from when I was at my highest. Thanks r/Keto!
