Pea protein vs soy protein
Post Body

Hello everyone. I use a meal replacement shake for my breakfasts as I'm extremely busy in the mornings and I can mix it up in a minute and be out the door.

I know some people will be against the use of shakes generally, but I've found they work well for me and help me hit protein and fat goals with a really low carb intake that I was struggling with for breakfasts before I found them.

The reason I'm messaging is because currently the company uses soy isolate as the protein source, but have sent round a beta testing email saying they would be testing and releasing an alternative using pea protein fortified with methionine. I am not allergic or sensitive to soy, but assuming the new recipe comes in at the same price, is either formula better than the other nutritionally? And are either better specifically for keto?

Thanks :)
