If ketostix are a reliable indicator (and I know some argue they aren't) I am constantly going in and out of ketosis. I'm not talking about days when I go off the rails or drink or exceed my carbs, just typical days.
I'll be purple in the evening and then complete beige - no color change at all - in the morning, without eating in between. In fact, if anything, fasting seems to throw me out and eating more keeps me in. I can't discern much of a pattern, but it's making me crazy.
Why am I not staying solidly in if I'm respecting my macros?
General info: 31/M, about 2 weeks on keto, weight down moderately, nothing crazy, but also down 3 holes on my belt.
