I know there is a ton of posts and yes I am reading the side bar and searching other posts. I was hoping for some quick n dirty knowledge here though.
The Question: While I know everyone's body is different, could you share me with routines that you do that help keep you in keto and sticking to the path? Specifically could you talk to supplements you use?
I bought some Hi-Lyte and I have Lite salt. I plan to do keto-ades and such. I just dont know if I should also be taking or doing anything else? I am also a soda fiend, so switching to water will be a tough battle.
