I’m not sure if this is the right sub to seek out for this, but I figured it’s worth a shot.
I’ve been eating eggs since I could eat solid food - scrambled, omelettes, hard boiled and the whole array of it. A few months ago, I learnt how to make French omelettes and I’d have them every single day for breakfast. As you all know French omelettes are a bit soft and not well cooked on the inside I’d get a dull stomach ache like right above my navel accompanied with a hard pulse of the artery under my stomach. I didn’t understand why it happened or what caused it. For the past few weeks I switched to scrambled eggs - a little under well cooked, pretty much the same consistency as the French omelette. I started to feel the same pain. I thought maybe it was the milk or the bread I was eating with the eggs. But, I consume them isolated from the eggs and I don’t seem to have any issues. I have a strong feeling it’s the eggs that’s causing the problem. I used to have regular eggs and then switched to fully organic eggs thinking that could be the reason, but still no improvements. Has anyone else dealt with this before?
PS: I live in the US and I travelled back home (India) last month and I ate an omelette one morning, I didn’t have any issue that day either. Is it maybe something about the way I cook my eggs? Or about the freshness of the eggs?
