Hit my first goal weight!

I started lazy keto two months ago, got strict about a month ago and incorporated exercise this last week and I've officially lost 20 lbs!

I follow my macros. Drink my ketoade. Do light bodyweight, lightweight, and resistance band exercises. This plan works.
