So I didn't read the side bar and faq for awhile and finally took a couple minutes to read it and it really opened my eyes to what I was doing wrong.
And the first thing that was so important, Ketoade! Man this stuff has totally changed the game. I have so much energy and my mood is much better.
.5 tsp of lite salt 32 ounces of water mio essentials(has b vitamins as well). Thats it! I drink two of those a day. I have so much more energy when I drink this, and im less hungry.
Only downside is I pee every ten minutes, im exaggerating, but its frequent. I highly recommend getting your salts in. If you're not getting it in your diet then you should certainly try this out.
