So I've been doing keto for the past month and a half or so. And I've been counting net carbs and im down about 16 lbs.
I'm in the states and I'm tracking with Carb Manager. I've heard that's a good one. I have it set to net carbs. And everyday I am well under 20g. But actual carbs might be up in the 30s or 40s due to fiber or the fake sugar in my protien shake.
I just haven't seen any progress this week and I'm getting pretty discouraged.
I'm in the states I understand you subtract fiber and sugar alchohol from carbs on labels. Right? And is diet soda really that bad for you? Should I just be drinking water, coffee and tea?
