Hey all! So I have a question for you lovely ladies that have PCOS and on keto! I have been diagnosed when I was 15, having PCOS. It’s been a long hard journey for sure. When I started Keto I was 330, currently at 250! Yay!!! But I was wondering, has it really helped you to regulate? I used to have cyst that would grow to the softball before deflating itself....TMI I know, sorry! Of course I know keto isn’t a miracle in a bottle, but how has it helped you? Was/is there more that you’re doing to help manage PCOS? P.s: My current ob is kinda clueless and wants me on phentermine? I refuse tho! TIA!
