I'm vegan and although I consider myself a healthy eater I still get skin breakouts. I do consume a lot of carbs in the form of pulses/beans/sweet potatoes/pasta.
I'm wondering if the high carbs could be a contributing factor to my skin.
However, I don't really want to go back to eating meat. I'm open to perhaps eating fish again but I suppose my concern is that right now my diet is high in carbs and if I remove them I'm not sure what I would eat...
Any vegans here and what exactly do you consume each day and how do you ensure it's enough?
