Ready for my first post.
Post Body

Overweight 34 year old male.

I was over 330 pounds I'm sure, but I was to sick to weigh myself.

I started Keto mid march. I just went cold turkey during this quarantine... I decided to come out of it lighter.

My first weigh in was April 9th I weighed in at 317 pounds

This morning I weighed in at 307.

I'm happy with my weight loss, but I have a few questions that I need some help with.

I've been searching, and when you search you get lots of difference answers, you get bro science, and mom science at the same time.

Basically I've been logging EVERY single thing I've been eating on carb manager, and trying to stick to the macros that are on the site.

But I find myself going over the protein. My macros say to consume about 104 grams of protein a day. I've read that if I eat too much protein it's bad, and I've read that excess protein can turn into glucose?

I'm torn on who to believe, and now I need to readjust my macros and eating to consume less protein.

The no carbs is easy for me to do now, however the control on the protein is hard.

Can someone please give me some input that if I consume 150 grams of protein is it too much? Do I have to worry? Also some suggestions on moderate protein, high fat meals to consume? Thank you.

I should add I am in ketosis very dark color.
