So a little bit of background story I started keto in April 2019 and from April to September Iāve lost 40lbs which is really great because Iāve tried lots of things and nothing really worked.
However Iāve noticed around mid September that I havenāt been losing any weight despite being in a high state of ketosis ( I have blood glucose strips and blood ketone strips to check with. )Ultimately I decided to go off keto around late October and all of November.
Iāve recently started keto again in December and Iām finding it really difficult this time around as well as Iāve hit a plateau. I gained 7lbs from the time I was off it and to now which Iāve lost. But I havenāt seen any weight drop in about a week. Also Iāve started to get headaches after eating some meals.
Can anyone please share their insight and best tips to combat this plateau? If I donāt start seeing results by the end of this week I may just cut it together.
Side note: I recently went back to full time school for nursing which probably affects my stress levels a lot. I used to fast 20hrs a day around 3 times a week before but now I can barely do 12 hours without feeling like starving myself.
