I started keto on June 24, 2019. Weight melted off at first but then I was plateaued at 200-204 for a full month. Was getting so frustrated and feeling defeated, especially as when I looked in the mirror there was still so much there I disliked. I kicked up my fasting this week and did several OMAD at almost zero carb and finally, finally made it back into onederland which I probably haven’t been since before college. Could’ve cried.

Thanks, as always, to this amazing community. You guys give me strength. Best Christmas gift I could have ever given myself. KCKO!
