I started doing keto last Monday (12/2/2019) after a thanksgiving break full of beer and excess carbs, and I’ve already lost 7 lbs in 7 days. Granted I realize this is mostly water weight, but it was still a nice number to see on the scale this morning and it helped further motivate me! I’m getting my gym membership today after my biochemistry final and hopefully in the future you’ll see an amazing before and after comparison!
If you have any suggestions for a beginner on keto I am receptive, from anything to workout suggestions, diet advice, tips on with how to deal with the holidays, or if you want to share your success!
