Ive been watching and following this sub for a while, and after delaying the change for so long i finally took the plunge. My health desperately needs the help and im just...tired.
And oh god realizing how bad my sugar/carb addiction is is astounding. I know this phase passes, and that things will even out but i feel like im drowning. My mood has dropped significant along with my energy levels. Im struggling a bit to not fall off the wagon, especially so early on when ive barely even started, but seeing how so many of you here have pushed through and succeeded, reaching your goals is a boost i sorely need. Id appreciate any tips on keeping myself on track. I live in india and finding a lot of the keto alternatives (sweeteners, jack fruit, kale, almond flour etc) is difficult. Thanks for the help, and i wish everyone the best with their own journey!
