If its not documented then it never happened so here is my journey so far. I started around April 3rd with a goal to loose 30 lbs for my trip to San Diego which was May 6th so I gave my self a good month to start. I did lots of research (Reddit r/Keto) & started with the calulator. I got my #'s calculated with sedentary (even though im moderately active) I took a 65% deficit and just went for it. I also started walking for lunch at work & get in another walk in the evening so roughly 3 miles a day as far as exercise goes.
Here are your personal macros:
1475 kcal Daily Calorie Intake
20 g Carbs (5%, 80 kcal)
144 g Protein (39%, 576 kcal)
91 g Fat (56%, 819 kcal)
I haven't been 100% dedicated because I love to travel and try no to deprive myself on vacation, but even after returning I have no problem getting back on board which surprises me. I eat probably 1/4th of what I use to and so far it has been a steady decrease even after my trips (Vegas , San Diego).
Thanks to everyone who has posted & shared their story its definitely inspiring and makes it worth not giving up!
