I'm a former smoker, had smoked for about 5 years, and I haven't really felt normal since then, I was wondering if anyone had any experience with a keto diet after being a heavy smoker for years. Did it make you feel any better? Did you feel any improvements health wise?
I've only been on it for... maybe about 5 days, but so far it seems to be going well, it feels like my lungs are clearing up a bit. Would be curious to know what other peoples' experience might be.
Edit: Again, I have seen great results so far: lungs clearing up, head clearer, so if you're here to say I'm imagining all that, I don't give a shit, my experience tells me that the keto diet is having a positive effect, so fuck off with your negativity.
