Hi all. I have been experiencing abdominal pain for the past week, not specifically localised (sometimes it's on the right side, sometimes on the front...) and rather intermittent. It's nothing excessively painful (on a scale from 1 to 10 I'd say they're a 5), more like a discomforting presence.

I have been quite constipated for the last week too, and I went to see my doctor a couple of days ago about the whole deal, explaining my recent change in woe and whether the two things could be related. They said that, upon examination, my belly area had a bit of inflammation and prescribed me laxatives. They also checked my gallbladder and said that everything felt normal to the touch and that I shouldn't worry about gall stones at the time being.

Fast forward two days, I had relief but the pain is subsistent. I am planning to go see my doctor again by the end of the week, should the situation not improve. In the meantime, I am wondering whether anybody on here experienced something similar.
