Been eating keto for the last 5 weeks. I wanted to put this up as a progress post mainly for myself and keeping track of changes. I started Sept 30th at 203 lbs and have lost 23 lbs over that time. I have been strict on my carb intake and stay below 10g daily, I don't have a 100% accurate caloric intake at the moment. I'm waiting on my food scale to help track it. I've come on here many times and every time I find inspiration from reading other peoples stories and seeing all the amazing results.
