Hello ladies and gentlemen,
I just wanted to pop on here and look into confirming my macros. A little about me, 34 M 5'10" Activity is moderate to high 5 days a week (I work construction). Starting weight was 203 lbs, I've dropped to 180 and rolling with 110g Protein (try to hit this daily), 10g carbs (I stay as close to 0 as possible), and 132g fat (I don't even come close to this, I'm hitting 60 - 70 g max). I feel like I've been doing great so far fasting 20:4 OMAD. I just want to make sure I'm not going to do any damage to my body under eating. My primary goal weight is 170 lbs and my secondary goal is 160 lbs and around 12% body fat. I consume between 900 and 1200 calories daily. I just recalculated my macros to factor in the weight loss and want to make sure I'm good for the next leg of my journey.
