Transitioning into Keto, advice?

Ok so I (29 F) have been doing intermittent fasting and eating more protein. My blood sugar tends to drop so my doctor said I should eat protein or good carbs to keep it steady and she mentioned that Keto would be a good diet for me. I’m currently 155lbs and 5’3”. She said ideally I should be at no more than 125 and if I were to lose the extra weight, it could lower my blood pressure as well. What’s a good way to get into Keto and what tips do you have for a newbie??
