Hi guys and gals, I am 2 weeks into keto, I've been very strict on carbs (stay as close to 0 as possible, maxing at 11g in a single day and 20 for the week). I started at 203 Lbs and dropped the water weight first week (10 lbs) now I'm down to 189 Lbs and going strong. I do occasionally get headaches and some dizziness which requires me to up my electrolytes via powerade zero. Is powerade zero a sustainable source of electrolytes or am I going to need to actually supplement them via powders/caps eventually? I feel great throughout the day but mornings are absolutely brutal waking up, I always get up and feel "swimmy" for lack of a better term in the morning is there any way to possibly prevent this? I average 5-6hrs sleep a night. My first goal for this is to hit 160Lbs @ 12-15% body fat and I feel like this is attainable by March next year. My job requires me to be able to fit into tight spaces so this would be very beneficial to my career. I love coming on here and reading other people's achievements on keto, it's very uplifting and motivating. Thank you all for sharing your journeys.
