I came across this article the other day and wanted to share and discuss it with you lovely people. Science Daily

In short, the article states that low carb diet increases risk of death as opposed to normal diet (high carb). I know several of you on here have said keto is a complete lifestyle change. Iโ€™m torn as to whether or not to continue with it long term or not. There are so many contradictions out there, I donโ€™t know what to believe. If you have thoughts about this, please share and discuss.
