I gave into a carb craving. And bad, I mean, I ate a weeks worth of carbs in one meal. And then I did it again a couple hours later. I feel awful.
I think the reason it was so easy for me to give in was because I was getting to a point where I needed to go get more food and meal prep again, and what I had left in my fridge didn't sound good or had gone bad.
Has anyone figured out the best meal plan for keto for one? And not wasting food? I know if I have food on hand and something I want to eat, I won't cheat.
The way I felt not eating carbs is enough motivation for me to hop right back into it. But I really want to set myself up for success, I'm one of those people that when I fail, it's really hard to try again, especially with dieting.
I appreciate any advice or tips or constructive criticism. Thanks guys!!!
