Is that how you do the title?
Anyways, this is my second attempt at keto but really my first real attempt that's lasted more than 12 hours.
Monday night I watched "The Magic Pill" on Netflix and something inside me just clicked. I'm constantly reading about health and fitness and following all the subreddits and Instagrams of fitspo but nothing has ever been enough motivation with me to overcome my depression that just tells me there's no point to trying because I'll just fail. After watching the documentary and doing what I thought was enough research I went grocery shopping.
Today I made zucchini noodles, cilantro lime chicken, with Alfredo sauce. I made buttered cabbage and chopped up celery and radishes for snacks. Tomorrow I'm making a bone broth roast and buttered cauliflower with bacon kale salad.
I started intermittent fasting last Friday. I stop eating by 5pm and don't eat again until noon the next day.
Feeling motivated. Proud. Clear headed. full of energy. I can do this.
