First of all, thanks to everyone for sharing their progress and questions in this forum, I have learned a lot and I am insipred by all of you!

I will be staying in Canada for the rest of the year for an exchange semester, and determined to give keto a real try once I am there. I am already trying to ease my way in, by reducing my carb intake daily until I reach 20g per day. I will arrive in Canada this friday and I am wondering if some of you can recommemd any specific Canadian products. I currently live in Europe, so I have no idea what kind of special, keto-friendly products I can buy in Canada. Any suggestions?

In case you are wondering, I am a 26yo female, 164 cm (= 5"4) and 65 kg (= 143 lbs) that wants to lean out with keto and adopt a healthier lifestyle.
