I have always been a fit guy into my 20s but around 26 I just let everything go and had zero care about what I was eating. Wasn’t until I felt sick all the time, cholesterol was high (LDL the bad kind), and I wanted change did I seek resources. Because of people like Dr Peter Attia, Jason Fung, and Eric berg I had the confidence to make a change. 1 year ago I embarked on a journey. I haven’t always been perfect or clean but since February my LDL went down, my HDL went up, I have energy for the gym, and I went swimming with my shirt off this summer. I still have a long way to go and many goals to hit. I will be in this subreddit quite often because all the posts about success are keeping me going. So thank you all! https://imgur.com/a/YVSXvhI
