[FP] I made keto-friendly, peanut butter brownies for my girlfriend, and thought I would share here.

Brownie

Ingredients

  • 6 Tbsp of Butter
  • 1/3 cup monkfruit sweetener
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp (loosely) vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/3 cup sliced almonds

Preheat oven to 350Ā° F

Melt butter on the stovetop and dissolve monkfruit into butter.

Throw together everything else into a bowl and then mix in the butter/sweetener until well combined.

Pour into a well-seasoned or buttered 8ā€ skillet and throw into the oven for 15 minutes

Peanut butter on top:

I used 2 Tbsp peanut butter powder with the remainder of the stick of butter, with .75 tbsp of water, and piped it on top.

Total carbs is right about 10. I feel it could be a little sweeter, but she really digs it.

10 net whole thing. It makes an 8ā€ diameter circle roughly 1/2ā€ thick. Servings could be 1/4 (2.5 carbs) or 1/8 (1.25 carbs) of it depending.

More fudgey, but slightly crumbly too. A second egg might not hurt, but Iā€™m not totally sure.
