Ingredients
- 6 Tbsp of Butter
- 1/3 cup monkfruit sweetener
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp (loosely) vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/3 cup sliced almonds
Preheat oven to 350Ā° F
Melt butter on the stovetop and dissolve monkfruit into butter.
Throw together everything else into a bowl and then mix in the butter/sweetener until well combined.
Pour into a well-seasoned or buttered 8ā skillet and throw into the oven for 15 minutes
Peanut butter on top:
I used 2 Tbsp peanut butter powder with the remainder of the stick of butter, with .75 tbsp of water, and piped it on top.
Total carbs is right about 10. I feel it could be a little sweeter, but she really digs it.
More fudgey, but slightly crumbly too. A second egg might not hurt, but Iām not totally sure.

10 net whole thing. It makes an 8ā diameter circle roughly 1/2ā thick. Servings could be 1/4 (2.5 carbs) or 1/8 (1.25 carbs) of it depending.
