I have been full Keto for two weeks, I have been tracking everything in MFP. Been keeping carbs under 20g, fasting 16 hours almost every other day. Fats I am using MCT, Butter, 80/20 meats, avocados, and Primal Kitchen Mayo. I don't really like veggies, so I have been honeslty zero carb.
The only day that I may have gone over carbs or protein was Saturday at a party, I had a skirt steak but it was marinated.
I have tested my ketone levels in the morning and at night and I am only getting .3/.4 on a blood ketone meter. I know optimal Ketosis is above that, is there something I am doing wrong?
I am 31 about 240 5'11. Just been doing yoga and walking dog, normally do crossfit but having some hip issues right now.
Edit: Yes I forgot avocados had carbs.
